POLICIES

Booking

  • Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A valid debit or credit card is required to secure all appointments.

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to all policies listed below.

  • All new clients are required to complete a Client Consent & Consultation Form before their appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellation fees may apply.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be charged up to 100% of the service total.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to rebook.
     

Late Policy

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.

  • If the service cannot be completed due to late arrival, the cancellation policy will still apply.
     

Lash Fill Policy

  • To maintain quality and consistency, fills require minimum retention:

    • 1 Week Fill: Minimum 70% retention

    • 2–3 Week Fill: Minimum 40% retention

  • If lashes do not meet the required retention, the appointment will be considered a Full Set and charged accordingly.
     

Foreign Fills

  • Foreign fills require at least 40% retention.

  • If existing work is not suitable to safely fill, a removal and Full Set will be required.

  • Lash removal is complimentary when booked with a Full Set.

 

Appointment Preparation

  • Arrive with clean lashes and a clean eye area.

  • No eye makeup on the day of your appointment.

  • Avoid curling natural lashes before your appointment.

  • Arrive with lashes free of oils, mascara, or residue.

 

Aftercare

  • Proper aftercare is essential for retention and lash health.

  • Lash extensions must be cleaned daily using a lash-safe cleanser.

  • Avoid oil-based products around the eyes unless lash-safe.

  • Do not pick, pull, or rub your lashes.

  • Lash cleansing kits are available for purchase in the studio.

 

Guests & Children

  • To maintain a calm and safe environment, guests and children are not permitted unless previously approved.

 

Payment Policy

  • Payment is due immediately after each service.

  • Accepted payment methods include card, cash, and approved digital payments.

 

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of lash services, all services are non-refundable.

  • If you experience any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours of your appointment.

 

Touch-Up Policy

  • Complimentary fixes are only offered if:

    • You contact within 48 hours of your appointment

    • Proper aftercare was followed

 

Sickness Policy

  • Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any illness, including fever, cold/flu symptoms, pink eye, or contagious conditions.

 

Right to Refuse Service

  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with salon policies or when a service cannot be safely performed.
